  • [H2] We maintain privileges at Danbury Hospital.  When your child is born, a member of the neonatology department will provide nursery care.  Please inform the hospital staff and we will be notified.  When more urgent care is required we rely on the physicians and staff at Danbury hospital.  We closely follow our children who are admitted to the hospital under the hospitalist service. 
  • [H2] If your child requires specialty care, we may direct you to Connecticut Children’s Medical Center where we are familiar with their specialists, services, and procedures.  CCMC also has a new satellite center in Danbury which is fully staffed  by its pediatric specialists. Drs. Auerbach and Langsam also completed their training at Connecticut Children’s.
  • [H3] Our mission is to help keep your child safe, healthy, and happy from birth to  young adulthood, by providing up to date anticipatory guidance with regard to your children’s growth and development,  nutritional needs, and behavioral issues; as well as by helping you with the prevention and conservative treatment of childhood illness and conditions.
  • [H3] We invite you to schedule a pre-natal visit or a meet-and-greet with our clinical staff.   These visits will allow you an opportunity to feel comfortable and confident with your choice.  We respect your right to treat and care for your child as you choose.   As pediatricians, assisting you with that care is a tremendous honor and responsibility which we gratefully accept.
