  • [H2] Bill’s Coffee Company is a culmination of 3 generations of coffee expertise. Starting from the handling and selection of the beans, its processing and roasting afterwards, then the perfection of the roast itself. After years of coffee bean handling experience, he finally decided to expand the family business to a full-service coffee roasting company. By 1946 he started his own factory, which grew to 5 factories at one time before the early ‘70s. 2 of them got burnt down before any upgrades can be made, and the 3 factories that was left, eventually was handed over to his sons. One of them was handed to my Dad, William (Bill), which was named PT. Trans Global Enterprises.

  • [H2] Bill began his journey in 1975, taking his father’s experience and began his fine tuning on the high-end beans and Italian Style coffee roast. His commitment to the true flavors of coffee got him famous during his day supplying to 4-5 star hotels. By the end of the 90s, he had the majority share of exclusive supply for high end coffees to hotels throughout Indonesia. In fact, just ask experienced hotel operators about “Transglobal” or “Pak William” and they would still remember his days, the cheery, fun person that he was and his focus on personal approach and relationship with each and every customer that he supplies to.
